The hiring process in a company is something cost-effective and sometimes it fails to hire the proper resource. We are not an agent; we are professionals who help you reduce costs and find the most appropriate resources you need. Our scope is limited to NAV / Microsoft Business Central, Customer engagement, dot.net, and business intelligence.
If you require an employee or a contractor, either inside or outside IR35, we can offer you suitable resources that align with your budget and timing requirements.
Let us determine the cost of hiring.
- Human Resource : The responsibilities of a human resources manager may involve writing job descriptions, recruiting, and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
- Recruitment agency fees: Recruitment agencies typically charge approximately 20-30% of an employee's average salary. This amount is often a fixed fee paid upon hire, and it may also be a percentage of the yearly salary for up to two years, to be paid at the end of each year.
- Job adverts: Writing an effective job advertisement requires knowledge and expertise. The cost of posting an advertisement online differs among various platforms.
- Candidate screening and interviews: Once the CVs and application forms start arriving, it is time to begin screening candidates. Identifying potential candidates and appropriate CVs can be a time-consuming task. Hiring managers may spend a considerable amount of time on this stage of the process.
- Professional interview: The HR addresses the candidate to the department that requires the resource. It is a professional interview with usually 2 to 3 staff members for a meeting lasting 30 minutes to 1 hour per candidate.
- Background checks: Once a suitable candidate appears, background checks can commence. These checks verify the candidate's information, including their eligibility to work, their university qualifications, and any potential criminal records. This process is time-consuming.
- Training: According to their skill level, some new employees may need additional training if their experience does not fully align with the job description.
To summarize, the cost is comprised of the time spent by the HR and department staff, as well as the cost of various services for candidate acquisition. This cost varies depending on the role, ranging from £3000 to £19000 for a process lasting up to 49 days. If you need a permanent employee or a contractor, we can offer a fixed price that is lower than the internal cost. The fixed price may vary depending on your company and the role. We aim to minimize the effort needed for your hiring process.

How should we proceed?.
- 1. We are scheduling a meeting with you. Typically, this meeting lasts for one hour and involves the department that requires resources and the HR department. The objective of this meeting is to identify the needs and company culture, as well as to establish criteria and costs. This process can be customized to suit your organization.
- 2. We conduct our selection process professionally as candidates are in our domain of expertise and in line with our day-to-day business operations. We are not agents; the candidates we select possess full skills and undergo comprehensive technical and functional evaluations on the technology, surpassing what you could do on your own.
- 3. We will present one, two, or three candidates to you as specified in our initial agreement.
- 4. You can now make your choice from a very limited selection. Only a few interviews are necessary to validate compatibility with the company culture.
If you need a contractor, the recruitment process is free. The contractor will work through our company at the negotiated daily rate. The process is nearly identical.
Our service will save you approximately 50% of the cost and time of hiring. Additionally, you will benefit from hiring a fully skilled employee, thus minimizing the possibility of employee failure usually occurring within the first 18 months.
